Your satisfaction with your order is Love My Hair's goal. We do realize that there are times when exchanges need to be made in relation to colour selection, size and/or style, as shopping online can be challenging. When you receive your wig, it’s very important to handle it carefully until you are sure it will work for you. Please do not remove the tags until you are 100% happy with the style and colour. If you are not happy with the product for any reason please contact us immediately, within 5 days of receipt. You have 14 days from the date you received the product to have it returned to Love My Hair.
When returning your item, you may choose these options:
- Exchange - You will be responsible for shipping charges; OR
- Store Credit- Your credit can be used for future order/s.
NOTE: We do not provide REFUNDS

Products Eligible for Return
Wigs, Hair Additions (Toppers) in original factory condition, that were not purchased in a Sale, Clearance, or Promotion and MUST be:
- Unworn, no brushing and scent free (no perfume, tobacco smoke, food odors)
- Unaltered (NO change in Factory Parting)
- Tags attached (NOT Removed and Reattached)
- In its original box, wrapping, net, etc.
- Original invoice to accompany the return
Please Note: We take internal quality controls very seriously at Love My Hair and inspect every wig that is returned. A credit/exchange will not be issued if any of the above is observed.

- Extensions, Ponys, Buns, Bangs (due to the nature of the product)
- Clearance / Discontinued Items (FINAL SALE)
- Sales and Discounts - Sale Codes | BOGO | Automatic Sale Codes (FINAL SALE) Full Priced Items are eligible for Exchange/Credit.
- Care and Accessory Products, including Caps, Liners, Liquids, Stands, etc.
- Hairdo Brand Wigs/Pieces
- Costume Wigs / Fantasy Colour Wigs (FINAL SALE)
You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning product. You will also be responsible for shipping charges on the new exchanged piece/wig. Restocking charges will apply.
NOTE: Only 1 exchanges will be permitted per order.
Promotions and Discounts do not apply to the exchange items.
If you have a change of heart and decide to cancel your order after it is shipped by the distributor but before Love My Hair has shipped, you will incur a $65.00 transaction fee per wig/topper. If Love My Hair has shipped then the order will be treated as a return.
