Hello, my name is Maureen and I am pleased that you have come to my website.

In 2015, I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. During chemo therapy I lost all my hair which, after being terrified about what I was going to face, was devastating.  But I decided that I wasn't going to let hair loss hold me back.

The picture below shows me during chemo therapy wearing a Rachel Welch heat friendly 'Show Stopper' wig!! Through my own search, I was able to find a few wigs, both synthetic and human hair, that were more like my original hair.

Due to my experience, in 2017 I decided to assist others with the the search for their 'perfect' hair.

 Hopefully you will find that Love My Hair has a large selection of wigs and hairpieces to assist all clients, whether going through chemotherapy, living with alopecia, require other hair loss solutions, or would like to add some flare by way of their hair.

I have also been provided with the opportunity to be the only Canadian distributor for BOOSTnBLEND, a fabulous, all natural, hair thickening product, developed in Australia for women and currently sold in Australia, Europe and United States. Please see this section of my website.

In April 2025, I partnered with a good friend, Cathy Dover.  Cathy, also a cancer survivor, is very excited to assist clients through their hair loss experience. This partnership will enable Love My Hair to continue to provide excellent customer service with the growing business and clientele.

We provide hair assistance with with a caring touch taking into consideration the customer's questions and concerns.  Offering basic information about types of hair, cap constructions and care of both human and alternate hair.
