Update

Well it is time for another update.  Love My Hair is still filling orders safely and working with clients online.  There has been some shipping delays recently, but it has greatly improved since April/May.  However, shipping since the COVID-19 Pandemic has been at it's highest levels and it is expected to greatly increase during the holiday months.  If you will need hair for the holidays it is suggested that you proceed with your orders now or you may not have it filled in time.... they are expecting major delays.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Human Hair:

Human hair is becoming scarce and harder to obtain and it is starting to affect some of the brands.  Due to this there, could be delays, back orders and I have been notified that price increases are forth coming.  For some brands, styles and colours in human hair are limited and depleting fast.  I have been asked to inform my clients...

Update

Love My Hair, the online store ONLY, is still open and filling orders.  

There have been extreme delays for all US orders.  I am awaiting many orders - stuck at a major postal centres.  The delays are due to shortages in cargo flights from US and goods being delayed unless they are essential.  Also there are delays due to staff shortages and time taken to ensure the necessary COVID-19 precautions are taken.  These are trying times for all, and patience is appreciated.  Thank you!

If you need to order a wig/hairpiece and require it immediately, my recommendation would be to check the Clearance inventory, order from Jon Renau, or check with me regarding the availability of Raquel Welch and Gabor wigs.  All other wigs ship from the US.

Again...I hope that all Love My Hair clients and their families remain safe and the impact of COVID-19 remains minimal for all.

Update

Love My Hair, the online store ONLY, is still open and filling orders.  

Here is an update on the vendors:

  • Jon Renau is still shipping, but working on a reduced schedule;
  • Raquel Welch, Gabor, and Hairdo (HAIRUWEAR) are still shipping but there could be delays;
  • Estetica is working on a reduced schedule; and
  • Rene of Paris, Amore, Noriko and Sentoo  (ADERANS) is only shipping stock items.  Warehouse is closed.

As noted below: We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but will do our best to get your wigs/pieces to you as quickly as possible.  If there is a delay, we will notify you and you will have the option to cancel the order.

Also, please check the Clearance section for NEW wigs that will be available at a sale price.  Wigs will be added daily.

Hello everyone.  First, I hope that all Love My Hair clients and their families remain safe and the impact of COVID-19 remains minimal for all.

Update

At present, we are operating as usual as an online store only – receiving and placing orders with suppliers.  The in shop consultations in the wig studio were cancelled on March 12th. 

There are concerns over potential distributor shutdowns and I will provide updates as they occur.  Our wigs are shipped from Canada the United States and some may be directed to close business. 

Note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. At the present time, one of our distributors has gone from shipping 5 days a week to 2 days, and others are working with skeleton staff.  This will impact the delivery times.

We will work hard to provide the quickest delivery possible.  If your order cannot be filled in a timely manner, you will be notified and offered to either reserve or a refund.

All orders from Love My Hair will continue to be shipped by Canada Post.  For added security, we will ensure the proper hand washing/sanitizing prior to handling any wigs/boxes.

Items Available Immediately

I would recommend also that clients check the CLEARANCE section.  In the coming days, I will be adding many wigs to this section from inventory that will be available to clients with immediate shipping.  These wigs are NEW, will be discounted, and are final sale.
